1.0 Acceptance

1.1 Electro solution HAITI PTY LTD (ACN 87 140 574 009) (Designed as Electro Solution, we, our or our) allows users (designated by you or your) to:

9.1 Electro Solution will be a pleasure to offer a credit in store or a refund for any purchase at promotional price or at full price that you wish to return to our warehouse under the following conditions:

10.0 Cost of returning your goods.

10.2 Electro Solution will not be responsible for the loss of returned packages.

(b) If an item has a minor problem, please contact the Electro Solution Customer Experience team where we can refund or replace the item, or repair the item within a reasonable time.  If it is not repaired within a reasonable time, you can choose a refund or replacement.  Please keep your proof of purchase.

11.2 The evaluation or confirmation of the fault remains at the sole discretion of Electro Solution and this decision is final.

11.3 If an item is found to be non-defective in Electro Solution’s sole discretion, the product will be rejected and returned at the customer’s expense.

11.4 Electro Solution will refund shipping charges for any items found to be defective in accordance with this clause 11. Shipping charges will be reimbursed to the extent reasonable when proof of purchase is provided.

11.5 Refunds can only be processed via the same payment method used for the initial purchase.
